No SLR would cost 300$. They go down to about 600$, plus 100$ and higher for lenses, along with more money for equipment.They are bulky,and confusing (manual mode, aperture/shutter priority, and all the settings)..etc If you haven’t practiced with a digital camera yet, then do it. You shouldn’t buy 300$ camera, then give up photography.Start taking photos with a regular camera, Ipod or even phone if you need to.Get others to critique your photography..etc A bridge camera should do.They can be around the 250$-300$ range, look like DSLRs but are easier to use, less heavy..etc

does a change in hcg guarantee miscarriage? I went to emergency room blood test stated pregnant hcg 130 ultra sound showed nothing. Follow up blood test hcg 85. I was told its a miscarriage. It’s been 7 days nothing has happened. Am I for sure having a miscarriage? I know I call the dr tomorrow but the wait is hard.

Not a get field to go in right now with the economy, but here is what you do. Call your local real estate company and ask what accredited programs are available that they would use to hire an associate. Usually no degree is required to become a Real Estate Agent. But you will need to be licensed.

It is not hard at all to become a real estate agent. How to become one depends on the requirements in your state. I am a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. Georgia requires that you take what is called a “prelicense course.” This course will give you the required education hours and also prepare you for the state exam. After taking the prelicense course and passing the end of course test, the next step is to take the state exam. If you pass both of those, you are an agent!!! The harder part is getting out into the field and actually learning the trade. There is a lot of liability associated with being an agent and you must make sure you know the laws in your state as far as what you can and cannot do. So long as you begin working for a broker (which you must do in order to stay active) who is supportive and will answer your questions, you will be fine. Also, many real estate brokers/companies provide continuing training to help you hone your skills.

A lot of real estate agencies offer classes to become licensed. So you may want to start there. You take the course and then the test to become a licensed real estate agent. I had a friend that did that and said it was not easy to pass. She did pass, did it for awhile on a part-time basis and quit because she didn’t like it and wasn’t making any money. Are you sure this would be a good field to get into right now as horrible as the market is?
